Your product will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days of you placing your order, and then take 3 to 5 business days to reach your doorstep. You will receive tracking information after your item ships.

To be eligible to return your item and receive a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds if you just changed your mind - only if you receive something other than what you ordered, or the item is defective.  This policy is in effect for 14 days After the Item was Shipped.

Cancellations are possible if we are notified before the item ships.  Once it ships, we cannot process a cancellation. We do not offer exchanges.
